I wanted to check in with a quick (and unfortunate!) update — due to an unexpected personal matter, Chef Paul won’t be able to join us, and we’ve made the last-minute call to reschedule the tasting portion of the open house.
I’ll still be onsite and would love to show you around, answer questions, and talk through all the fun details — but we won’t be serving the spring tasting menu as planned. I’m so sorry for the short notice. We were really looking forward to hosting you and are genuinely disappointed we have to hit pause, even just for a week.
We’ve rescheduled the tasting for Saturday, April 12, during the same time window — 11am to 6pm — and we’d absolutely love to have you join us then.
Thanks again for your understanding, and please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or want to stop by for a tour today — I’ll be there and would love to say hello.
